Return Policy

At Eddies acres, we take pride in delivering the highest-quality plants and trees to our customers. We make every effort to ensure each order is delivered on a timely manner in the highest quality possible.

In the event that you receive a plant(s) in unsatisfactory conditions or if you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first five days of arrival, send us an email, and we’ll help make things right! Our team will be happy to assist you and provide support for best possible care. Please note that plants require proper care and time to adjust and thrive in their new environment, in many instances it may take a few weeks for plants to climatize to their new environment's humidity levels. In cases where buyers do not provide proper care or purchase plants outside of your recommended growing zone, or don't choose fast shipping your purchase will not be eligible for a refund.

If you have any questions or concerns about your plants within the first 30 days of delivery, please contact us. Our team will review your concerns and provide a best course of action or solution including a one-time replacement if necessary. In the event a replacement plant is necessary to remedy the claim please note that any shipping costs associated with a replacement option will be at the customer's expense, provided a mistake was not made on our end.

We ask that you provide us with clear photos of the plant and any issues you are experiencing. This will help us better understand the situation and provide the best possible solution. 

If you purchase a tropical plant in the winter please note that they may not survive the shipping process even though we do as many things as we can to ensure the plant makes it to you such as heating packets. 

Also note that if you do not wish to use 3 day shipping or under that your plants have a higher chance of not making it and we are not responsible for that.

We want you to be happy with your product so that is why we do in fact except returns within 24 hours of delivery, please note that there will be a restocking fee of $45.00 for everything and we do not cover return shipping.
